Who\What introduced you to Curling? My parents both curled What is your career highlight to date? Skipping my team to the Ontario Winter Games Who was influential in your curling development? There are a couple people. Without my dad's encouragement and knowledge of the game, I wouldn't have challeneged myself to skip when I was younger and become so passionate about the sport now. My coach all through bantams and juniors always challenged me to bring my strategy to a higher level and practice and play shots that were out of my comfort zone. What is your most embarrassing moment on the curling ice? I had the chance to throw rocks with Jeff Stoughton and his team while they were practicing at the Brier when it was held in Hamilton and I fell. What is your favourite sport other then curling? To play - golf
To watch - football What is your earliest curling memory? Wearing a helmet at little rocks and trying to figure out how to get the rock to the house before every one else so I could join the juniors. The juniors didn't have to wear helmets... What kind of Training Regimen do you follow? I do Zumba twice a week and do circuit training twice a week. What kind of goals have you set for yourself? Qalifying in an event on tour

Developing strategy and consistency What do you enjoy most about curling? I love that every single time you're on the ice you learn something new and you will never play the same game twice. I also enjoy that every shot is a team shot and you win and lose as a team. What have you learned through curling? I've learned a lot about controlling emotions and rebounding after something doesn't go as planned. What would you like others to know about curling?
