Who\What introduced you to Curling?
My father Eric Harnden introduced me to curling at a very young age, he's been to several Brier's.

Do you have any pre-game superstitions or rituals?
No superstitions for me. I always have two Redbulls during the game though.

What is your career highlight to date?
Playing in the Brier in 2008 with my father (Eric) and brother (E.J.). Brad Jacobs (our cousin) was our 5th. Winning the 2014 Canadian Olympic Trials and the 2014 Olympic Winter Games with my brother (E.J.), cousin (Brad Jacobs) and great friend (Ryan Fry).

What is one shot you would like to try again?
Anything that doesn't involve a draw since that's all I throw.

Who was influential in your curling development?
My father Eric Harnden, great mentor, always looked up to him.

What is your favourite sport other then curling?
Golf or Hockey

What is your most embarrassing moment on the curling ice?
I fell at the Brier, still made the peel, pure luck.

What is your earliest curling memory?
Being on the ice at Soo Curlers when I was four years old chasing rocks down the ice with my dad and brother while wearing my hockey helmet.

What kind of Training Regimen do you follow?
Gym 5-6 times a week plus MMA training twice a week with Brent Fryia (pro mma fighter). Ice every day for at least and hour.

What are your curling strengths?
Sweeping, I take pride in that. I train so hard to make sure I stay a head of any other front end player.

What kind of goals have you set for yourself?
Our team set our to win the Brier and Olympics when Ryan Fry came on board and we've accomplished that feat. Our goals now are to win more Briers, stay #1 in the world and hopefully be at the Olympics in 2018.

What do you enjoy most about curling?
Being on the road with the guys. Our team enjoys pranks and bugging one another so its never a dull moment with us.

Other Olympic Sport you'd like to try?
Bobsled. I'll be trying that this winter at some point when Chris Spring (good buddy and driver of Canada 1) takes me down the track.

Who are your favourite athlete/heros?
Tiger Woods

What other sports do you play?
Golf and Hockey

Do you have any hidden talents?
Give me an ice cube, rock or whatever and ask me to hit something or sink it into a bucket...odds are ill sink it or hit the object...

What sporting event would you most like to attend?
Huge leafs fan and I've never been to a game.
